It is our belief that the public is often intimidated by a restaurant kitchen. It is the area tucked away in the back, out of sight, out of mind. We founded Salvatori's with an open kitchen design.
From the day-to-day operation, to the making of the fresh dough, to the quality products we stock on the shelves... we are proud of our kitchen. It is available for inspection everyday.
Thank you for showing interest in our kitchen - it is the public's right to know, so peek in - but if you stay too long they might put you to work.
